Sky Advertising Technology provides innovative solutions to Sky's Advertising opportunities including the industry leading AdSmart - that allows our clients to precisely target their adverts to relevant households. As a Software Engineer, you'll be helping to create those systems and be part of the migration of AdTech systems into the Cloud.

What you'll do:

• Write clean, concise, readable code that follows common design patterns and best engineering practices
• Use variety of GCP's managed and self-managed services to meet applications need (like GKE, cloud function, bigquery etc)
• Work in an agile environment
• Engage with the wider AdTech and Sky developer communities.

What you'll bring:

• Some Experience in working for Python based projects or POC's
• Familiarity with cloud based technologies, automated build and test systems and Test Driven Development.
• Creative mindset to deliver software solutions in a large-scale infrastructure
• Desire to learn and seeking for ways to improve our software
• Self-motivated, productive, and works well even with/without formal structure

Your office base:

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There's also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
