Prospectus is proud to be partnering an inspiring organisation, who are the leading relationships charity and largest provider of relationship support in England and Wales, offering counselling, information, mediation and support to individuals, couples and families. They are now recruiting a Training Manager, initially on a temporary basis, for 1-2 months, with the potential of becoming permanent.
Our client's training department provides expert training for those wanting to become counsellors and for counsellors who want to expand their knowledge around relationship support. As Training Manager, you will work within a small team of 4/5 people, overseeing the planning, building and coordinating of training courses for the Department. You will manage the Training team (comprising both employed and self-employed tutors) in delivering and developing the organisation's current training offering, and will work with a wide range of stakeholders across the organisation to maintain learning/training needs analysis and develop solutions.
To apply for this role, you must have significant experience and expertise in learning and development cycles. You must also be able to demonstrate experience of innovating, developing and delivering training in a clinical or similar specialist setting, working closely with clinical or specialist colleagues in the continuous review and development of content. Experience of educating, training and development in the counselling space is desirable as well as experience of working in a similar or allied practice environment.

Please note this is a full time, home-based role, however you will be required to attend their London office during your training period and occasional national travel will be required.
