Head of Operations and Supply Chain

We are on the hunt for a proactive and entrepreneurial individual with an outstanding attention to detail for a new Head of Operations and Supply Chain.

The Role In this role you will be responsible for the overall operations and supply chain for a prestigious beauty and skin care brand. You will be leading, motivating and training the operations and supply chain team to ensure sales and growth targets are met. Ensuring all systems and processes are managed effectively, evaluating, auditing and developing these systems and processes in order to ensure they are always up to date and as efficient as possible. You will also ensure the business has the inventory to fulfil demand and will be overseeing the wholesale orders to ensure that customers receive their orders correctly and promptly as well as managing purchasing, transport, warehousing and distribution. How you'll dazzle us As a candidate, you should have previous experience at this level, have an understanding and knowledge of wholesale and retail with an excellent commercial awareness and knowledge. It's also expected that you have shown progression and/or self-development in previous roles/education. A degree in a relevant subject would be ideal however not essential. It would also be desirable to have experience within the Beauty industry, both large and small companies and experience gained from a luxury background. Advanced IT, literacy and numeracy skills are required for this role and effective communication skills should be demonstrated.
