Essential Job Information

The position is full time
We are 11-13 Ednall Lane, Bromsgrove, B60 2DF

This Role will Include:

Supervising, leading, supporting and inspiring your team members
Helping to implement, monitor and review routines and procedures
To co-ordinate and support their team in developing and delivering a range of activities for children in their care. This will include overseeing and contributing to planning for childrens interests and next steps to support progression
Working with children to provide high quality care and education
Working closely with your team around you
Liaising with parents, helping to support their whole family
Ensuring a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children within your area

Supporting and maintaining daily routines
Providing a high quality, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
To support your Manager with any tasks delegated to you and with the overall running of the Nursery
In the absence of the Manager, take responsibility for the day to day running of the Nursery

Experience and/or Qualifications required

Cache/NVQ level 3
