Stock Condition Surveyor - West Midlands - 9 Months - £30/hour (Commercial)

One of my Local Authority clients in the West Midlands is looking for an interim Stock Condition Surveyor/

Necessary experience:

- Condition surveying experience relating to building fabric (not m&e)

- Condition surveying experience for elemental assessment of schools, offices, heritage buildings, depots and libraries (schools are the main focus)

- Experience of using CAFM systems and mobile technology to capture condition surveys

The role is focused on corporate/commercial stock, rather than housing.
