Commercial Property Solicitor / Associate - The team will consider newly qualified solicitors who are looking to join an exciting, dynamic and growing team advising on a full range of private and public sector work for a broad spread of national and international clients. The team also offers excellent training and development.

- Previous Experience: Role involves everything from landlord and tenant work to acquisitions / disposals and 'big-ticket' development work. The client is looking broadly and is keen to hear from lawyers who want exposure to a broad range of work. Clients include major PLCs and 'blue chip' companies.

- Working with innovative hotel and leisure brand to acquire land to build out site with highly sustainable, low environment impact leisure facility.
- Advising new entrant into UK retail market keen to disrupt and reimagine traditional retail concepts.
- Advising major global home improvement company on regearing exercise involving significant lease portfolio.
