Site Manager (Water Treatment) (FTC)£45,000 - £50,000 + Benefits Windermere, CumbriaAre you a Manager with a Mechanical background looking to work for a well-established business, where you will play an integral role in an innovative, forward-thinking Water Treatment company, with autonomy to make your mark and a competitive package to top it off? In this role you will oversee a flagship site, working with on-going specialist projects, leading a team and driving improvements. You will manage a team of Mechanical Fitters on the site, evaluating jobs and resources required. You will be responsible for making sure the site runs safely and efficiently, and projects are delivered to deadlines accordingly.The company are a market leader in the wastewater industry, providing service and maintenance, equipment hire and repair and refurbishment to all waste water products. They are part of an international umbrella company, who have sites in the Americas, Asia, and Europe, allowing exciting progression opportunities across the world.This role would suit a Manager with a Mechanical Engineering background, who is looking to head up a team, within an innovative market leading business whilst playing a key role in their future.The Role:

• Oversee wastewater projects on site
• Supervise a team of Mechanical Fitters
• Monday to Friday , 8am - 4:30pm
• 6 months fixed term contract

The Person:

• Site Manager or similar
• Mechanical Engineering / Civil / Water background
