Maintaining high levels of hygiene in the laboratory at all times, including the cleaning and swabbing of equipment and laboratory as required. Conducting required tests on raw material and product samples in accordance with company procedures and reporting all results in a timely manner. Perform routine internal calibration of all necessary equipment and arrange external calibration as required, ensuring records are accurately maintained. Report, record and investigate non-conformances, ensuring close out of all actions. Conducting daily temperature and weight checks as required. Counting and calculation of test results and accurate data entry of test results. Monitor stocks of consumables within the laboratory.
