Transfer Pricing is more critical than ever as the delicate balance between maximising shareholder returns, managing reputational risk, and complying with an ever changing and complex legislative framework is highly challenging.

My client is looking for hands-on, entrepreneurial TP specialists to join their rapidly growing practice.

• Advise on intellectual property (IP) migration
• Supply chain planning or global expansion
• Pre-deal due diligence
• Corporate restructuring and merger integration
• Tax authority investigations
• Policy updates as a result of BEPS

The ideal candidate will be ACA / CTA / ICAS or equivalent qualified and have several years' experience in UK transfer pricing or TESCM.
