Job Description
Starting salary £25,000 + (plus bonuses), progressing to £30,000+ within 2 years
Start Date: January 2023
Responsibilities
As a Junior Merchandising Executive you will support the business across purchasing and supply chain including:
Reviewing anticipated stock requirements,
Placing orders to meet stock requirements,
Managing on-time delivery of orders and expediting where necessary,
Build and manage excellent relationships with our suppliers,
Managing in house production requirements - (e.g. Internal Print Production) ,
Liaising with the Product Management and Product Development teams to maintain the flow of new products,
Keep key stakeholders informed at all stages of product delivery,
Inventory management:
Stock accuracy
Addressing excess inventory
Training & Development
You will receive a tailored personal training schedule across your first 2 years to include:
Professional Diploma in Supply Chain - (IoSCM or CIPS Qualification Level 4)
Specific training courses to suit your requirements, for example: Excel, Time Management, Assertiveness
During your time as a graduate trainee we will provide you with quarterly feedback on how you are doing in your role and discuss with you how best you can develop your skills. That may involve developing your responsibilities within your initial position and/or moving to experience different commercial and marketing functions within the business.
At the end of your 2-year training period, you should expect to be in a position of significant responsibility, possibly with the expectation of moving into a management position in the near future.

have an excellent degree in a subject that demonstrates good critical thinking,
Have three B grades or better at A-level,
Have grade B English and Maths GCSE or better,
