Estimator

Building and Construction Recruitment are seeking an Estimator based in Birmingham.

Basic Salary up to £60,000

You should be able to:

• Report and present tender submissions, to final submission
• Attend site meetings and to ensure accurate measures and knowledge of the job is gained
• Prepare and issue sub-contract enquiries and assessment of quotations upon receipt
• Pricing of Groundwork, concrete, drainage, surfacing and other external works
• Represent the company in its best interests at all times

You will need:

• Industry experience in groundwork and civil engineering of being an Estimator for a Civil Engineering company.
• Have Commercial and business acumen across all areas of the business
• Ability to meet targets and deadlines
• Self-motivated, confident, dynamic, motivated, team player
• Results-driven - focussed approach
