Highfield Professional Solutions are pleased to be representing a leading Hampshire based private practice who are looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager due to sustained growth. An established practice operating over 50 years they work with an exclusive client list operating across multiple sectors including residential, commercial, education, hotels, sporting facilities, heritage, industrial, healthcare, public buildings and religious buildings. Projects values range from £100k - £50m. They are a friendly, professional practice who pride themselves on a quality driven service.

The Position

As Senior Project Manager you will get involved in managing the project through full lifecycle. Responsibilities will include:

• Development of project brief.
• Design team selection and appointment.
• Project co-ordination.
• Risk evaluation and management.
• Procurement advice
• Planning management.
• Management of design and tendering.
• Management of the construction process.
• Management of client fit-out, commissioning and occupation.
• Establish the client's requirements.
• Scrutinise and agree the contractor's proposals.
• Provide the client with information to enable him to make decisions.
• Ensure the client's requirements are met.
• Act as the link between client and contractor.
• Promote teamwork.

Could this role be for you?

• Ideally candidates will hold a relevant construction qualification such as RICS, CIOB, APM etc
• Experienced in providing a full spectrum of project management services
• Strong client facing ability and communication skills
• Team player - enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team and a positive contributor
