A commercial real estate consultancy requires a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their Birmingham office. Working within the commercial sector you will be exposed to a range of both project and professional work, including industrial units and office fit-outs.
You will gain experience on a wide variety of services within the building pathology remit including acquisition surveys, schedules of condition, dilapidations and party wall matters and will be provided strong support to assist you with your APC process.
The team of 6, within a multi-disciplinary office of 120 strong, have recently moved to an exceptional new office with excellent facilities for staff members.
Person Specification:
Salary of £32k with benefits include pension, healthcare and Christmas/New Year office shut down, on top of holiday allowance.
