Investigo is pleased to be retained by a leading UK SME business in the recruitment for their Head of HR.
This is a hybrid role, working two days in the Central London office and three days from home.
Reporting to the CEO, this is a stand-alone Head of HR role, accountable for all People related matters.
Within this role, you will partner with the SLT, supporting the company workforce of c.70 employees.
This is a full Generalist position and you will be responsible for all HR duties, from presenting to the Board to HR Administration.
Key Accountabilities;
Our client is looking for a proven HR Generalist who has extensive experience with SME businesses.
You will be used to working in a stand-alone capacity, performing top to bottom HR duties.
Given the visibility of this role across the whole business, you will be an engaging and open communicator.
