Project Manager - Intermediate to fully qualified

My client is a medium sized, well established specialist consultancy who offer a wide range of professional services to high quality clients across a variety of market sectors. Their reputation comes from the expertise of their employees, who always aim to exceed their client's expectations.

Due to successful expansion, they are seeking an Intermediate to fully qualified Project Manager to become an integral part of their dynamic team based in London.

This role is for a Project Manager who is seeking to gain further responsibility in their role as well as experience on interesting projects, and also wish to benefit from the inclusive environment of a smaller consultancy. The successful candidate will be working on a variety of commercial, public and historical projects.

Responsibilities:

• Working on a variety of projects, including historical and listed buildings
• Working from initial planning through to feasibility and final figures
• Multi stake holder client liaison
• Tracking the progress of the project and ensuring it meets the clients' requirements

Requirements:

• Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
• Ideally MRICS accredited, if not the company is willing to support somebody through their APC
• Must be able to run their own projects
• Experience working with funding bodies would be beneficial, as would understanding the draw down process
