Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Administrator for an immediate start temporary assignment based in Bridgend.Working within the Social Services and Wellbeing Directorate, you will provide administration support to the team and duties will include:
  • Processing of service documentation, which can include the formatting of letters and documents
  • Updating database systems in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring compliance with GDPR
  • Regular validation of records to ensure accuracy
  • Updating electronic filing systems
  • Dealing with enquiries and taking messages from member of the public and external agencies
  • Assist the administration of meetings by co-ordinating calendars and circulating documentation
  • Maintaining petty cash systems
The successful candidate must have:
  • Previous office administration experience
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to work logically and methodically
  • Attention to detail
This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
