Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Graduate - Recruitment - The Role:

You'll join as a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant on our Graduate Scheme, where you will be given step by step training on how to run and manage your own candidate and client portfolio. You will begin as a Graduate Resourcer where you will be responsible for managing the candidate process, before moving onto the client side of recruitment, and establishing yourself as a full 360 recruiter.

Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Graduate - Recruitment -The Requirements:

• Good academics - ideally a 2:1 or above from a top University
• Strong work ethic shown by work experience, internships and extra-curricular activity
• Competitive nature - sporting background is ideal but not necessary
• Ambitious and driven
• Money motivated and the desire to be the best
• Strong communication skills and the ability to converse with people at all levels
• Commercially minded
