Barker Munro have been asked to assist an ambitious and highly successful organisation in recruiting additional Claims staff into their growing team.

We're seeking to recruit motivated, professional and dedicated Claims Handlers to join the Liability Claims team. You will be responsible for delivering a high quality, professional advice service to your clients concerning any claims issues.

Your primary task is to liaise with insurers and other interested parties to expedite the claim and you will handle claims from beginning through to conclusion.

You will be required to advise and update your clients about relevant events and discussions during their claim. Ensure complete customer happiness by regularly assessing the status of claims with clients, insurers and solicitors.

We are seeking applications from experienced Claims handlers who have handled Employers / public liability cases. Strong customer services and excellent communication skills are required.
