The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Quantity Surveyor should have: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. MRICS or CICES (or working towards) is desirable. Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in civil engineering or marine infrastructure. Strong track record in cost management, CVRs, forecasting, and contract negotiation. Solid understanding of UK construction contracts (NEC, JCT or equivalent).
