They are looking for a detail-oriented individual who is recently qualified or in the early stage of their career post- APC. Managing disputes involving alleged professional negligence, errors in design, cost overruns, defective work, delay, oversight and project management failures. Handling formal dispute resolution processes including litigation, arbitration, adjudication, mediation and negotiated settlements.
