Qualifications and Skills Experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with background in various sectors, fit-out preferred. Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying desirable, or significant experience in Quantity Surveying. Professional accreditation (e.g., MRICS) not essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
