Job DescriptionOTE: £25,000We're looking for a highly motivated Lettings Negotiator to complement our fantastic residential Lettings team in Filton. Key responsibilities of a Lettings NegotiatorThe main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements to progress let's though to exchange and completion. As well as maintain regular contact with landlords and tenants, building strong relationships within local area.On top of being ambitious, hardworking and determined you'll also need to have a great attitude towards your work to maximise opportunities to increase revenueSkills and experience required to be a successful Lettings Negotiator
  • Preferably an experienced sales person
  • Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
