Are you a Field Service Engineer with an electrical background looking to progress your career in a rewarding Team Leader position, with plenty of training and personal development and further progression opportunities within the business?

Are you looking for an autonomous role where you will be overseeing a small team of Engineers, within a long-standing and respectable company that offer and a wide variety of work where no two days are the same?

On offer is a days-based, Monday to Friday role where you will be travelling across central London completing specialist electrical work on bespoke food safety systems.

In this field-based role you will be working hands-on to install, commission, service, and repair electrical and IT systems. You will be monitoring, training, and supporting a team of 6 engineers, whilst helping with recruiting more. There is an element of IT in this role, but this can be trained on, along with specific product training for the niche products this company provides.

Established 30 years ago, this renowned company specialise in food safety systems for a range of clients such as hospitals, banks, universities, food manufacturers and the Houses of Parliament. They are continuously growing and aiming to achieve ISO 17025 status soon.

This role would suit a Field Service Engineer from an electrical background, such as fire, security, or similar, looking to progress their career in a leadership role offering autonomy and responsibility within a forward-thinking business.

The Role:

• Working hands-on servicing and maintaining specialist electrical systems
• Monitoring, training, motivating a small team of engineers
• Training given on bespoke systems and IT
• Covering primarily central London in provided vehicle
• Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
