What you'll be doing as a Graduate Research Consultant
- Market mapping - Identify the key movers and shakers across the market.
- Market Research- Be as informed as possible; advise candidates with confidence.
- Shortlist - Identify candidates worth targeting for a specific role
- Headhunting- Be proactive; target the best even if they already have great jobs
The Requirements- Graduate Research Consultant
- Degree educated to a 2:1 or above
- Be personable, approachable and outgoing
- Strong negotiation skills, to be used with both candidate and client
- Keen to learn and are willing to push themselves
- European Language (Desirable)
- Recruitment or Sales experience (Desirable)
