Would you like to showcase your skills within a supportive environment that will encourage you to learn and progress even more?An exciting opportunity has arisen within one of the largest and most successful estate agents in the country who are now looking for a dedicated property manager to join their team of experts in Cambridge.This opportunity will allow you to apply your excellent property knowledge by managing and overseeing a property portfolio, whilst also displaying outstanding problem-solving and customer service skills when communicating with landlords and contractors to resolve maintenance issues which may arise. Your strong organisational skills will come in handy when processing and preparing tenancy renewals and any other contractual documents, ensuring all legal requirement are met. As you will be attending property visits and inspections a clean driving licence is necessary.You will be supported to grow with ongoing training and guidance provided by a wonderful team of professionals, offering opportunities for career advancement. Other benefits include:

• Salary range of £25,000 - £30,000.
• Funding provided for your ARLA Level 3 if not already obtained.

• 22 days annual leave plus your birthday off, increasing to 25 days off after two years.
