Overview of job

Specialist Account Executives work within the Specialist team as part of the Agency Business Unit. The Specialist Account Executives will work alongside and support Specialist Agency Managers and Group Specialist Managers in generating revenue for key clients across a portfolio of agencies.

The Specialist Account Executives will be responsible for a series of tasks including coordinating detail for our specialist partners such as competitive analysis, production reports, coordinating site tours, sharing campaign photography, updating internal databases and use of Global/industry planning tools.

Measures of success -
In the first few months, you would have:

  • Developed a solid knowledge about the OOH sector and Global's positioning & formats and understand how to communicate the benefits to our specialist agency partners
  • Built a strong foundation of knowledge on the tools we use - Route, G-IQ
  • Established great working relationships with day-to-day specialist agency contacts and within the Global Outdoor network

Responsibilities of the role

Administration of bookings including:

  • Supplying production requirements
  • Co-ordinate campaign photography and share with agency contacts
  • Site tour documents
  • Compiling production reports
  • Post-campaign analysis
  • Helping to build responses to brief
  • Assisting in presentations/meeting prep including competitive analysis, sector trends
