Finance Administrator

They also offer free parking and a full AAT study package Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for:

• Processing invoices
• Processing the sales invoices
• Assisting with Credit card expenses
• Dealing with refund queries
• Assisting with VAT
• Filing documents

What you will need:

• Relevant experience within one of the following roles would be desired but not essential - Purchase Ledger Assistant / Purchase Ledger Clerk / Purchase Ledger Administrator / Accounts Payable Clerk / Payables Administrator / Finance clerk/ Finance administrator/ Finance Assistant / Accounts clerk / Accounts Administrator / Accounts Assistant / Payroll
• Good level of excel knowledge
