Architectural Technologist - Residential Developer

Caralex Recruitment Limited have been asked to recruit an Architectural Technologist for an award winning, privately owned housebuilder in Berkshire.

You will be expected to be proficient in AutoCAD as the role will entail using AutoCAD to CAD up working drawings on a daily basis. This will be for the project managers to use in the construction phase of the projects. The housebuilder does nearly everything in house.

The housebuilder has developments of around 1 - 100 units and their developments are based in Berkshire and surrounding counties.

The pay package is competitive dependent on experience. You will not have a team to manage, and you will be reporting directly to the Technical Director. If you're interested in working client side, this could be an amazing move for you.
