Job Title: Hire ControllerLocation: Manchester Salary: £25,000 Basic, Plus Monthly Bonus (OTE £34,000), 25 Days Holiday Plus Bank Holidays, Company Pension, Full Training & Career Progression. Job Description:We are looking for a Hire Desk Controller to come onboard a well-established organisation based in Manchester, who specialise in sourcing a range of construction equipment from within the rental markets and supplying them to their trusted customer base.This independent organisation is looking for a driven, motivated, individual who wants to become an integral part of a close-nit team. You will be provided with plenty of support and a highly rewarding bonus structure to incentivise you to maximise you earning potential.Responsibilities of the Role:• Working as a team in a busy hire desk environment• Taking hire enquiries• Liaising with third party suppliers in for to check on machine availability • Coordinating with other departments in ensure communication efficiency • Maintaining health and safety standards• Dealing with customers to a professional business standardRequirements of Role:• Previous experience working as a Hire Controller is essential• Strong communication, organisation, and customer service skills• Experience working within the plant & tool hire / powered access / site accommodation/ power generation or construction equipment industries is essential If you are someone who fits the above requirements and would like to find out more about this opportunity please speak to Zoe Mansfield
