Intro:S Knights Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for Property lettings & Generics Apprenticeship Trainer / Assessor. This is for a well-established provider that keeps learners at the heart of what they do. The ideal candidate would have experience in delivering qualifications that are related to property sales or estate agents and ideally, is able to deliver qualifications such as customer service, business admin & team leading. This is a full-time, permanent role that is remote-based with some requirements to travel to visit learners that are in the east and west midlands area.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Trainer in Property Sales/Lettings & Generics, you will be responsible to:

• Deliver engaging learning sessions in Property & sales-related subjects to support the learners complete their apprenticeship.
• Support in the delivery of customer service, business admin & team leading.
• Identify learners' weaknesses and strengths to create a personalized learning plan that will help them progress
• Maintain good relationships with the stakeholders and ensure to deliver of high-quality service to achieve KPIs and goals
• Respond to learners within the required timeframe.

Experience and Skills:

As a Trainer in Property Sales/Lettings & Generics, you will need the following to be successful:

• A relevant assessing qualification such as a TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32, or equivalent.
• Relevant occupational experience in Property/sales is desirable.
• Experience in delivering property qualifications in an apprenticeship.
• A full UK Driving Licence and access to a car.
• Experience in delivering Generic apprenticeships via online or classroom-based
• Functional skills in ICT, Maths, and English at level 2
• Excellent communication and teaching skills
