Job Description

I am recruiting for a fantastic new Opportunity, with a well-established, growing independent wealth management practice, with a strong footprint in the Industry and looking to continue to grow the business and require an ambitious, qualified and experienced technical Paraplanner who would like to progress to an Adviser within 2 years.

My client is looking for an experienced Paraplanner who would like to transition into an Adviser. Supporting the Director with suitability reports, attending client meetings and getting to know the clients. Clients will be given to you when you are ready to become an Adviser, full mentoring and support provided.

You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Adviser with producing suitability reports across pensions, investments, IHT, and estate planning. This is a very hands-on role, attending client meetings with Advisers, preparing annual reviews, cash flow modelling and research and recommendations. You will be attending client meetings and as you become more familiar with clients/process, you will take on more responsibilities with clients and conduct annual reviews and complete fact finds independently.

The ideal candidate will be Level 4 diploma qualified and looking to gain their Chartered status. This is a great opportunity for a Paraplanner who would like to transition to an Adviser. The Company offers excellent benefits, great work/life balance and have cultivated a truly collaborative and supportive environment.

Opportunities don't come about often where there is genuine progression to an Adviser so if you are an experienced Paraplanner looking for a Company that can progress you on your journey to becoming an Adviser, then look no further and apply now for immediate consideration.

If you are looking for a new opportunity that can support your career in developing your technical skills further as a Paraplanner and provide you with mentoring to become an Adviser then please do email your CV to Ursula Sloan at Financial Divisions
