An exciting position has arisen to for a Commercial Senior Legal Counsel to join the legal team of an international market research company.
Responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts for the global business. Advising on master service agreements and general terms and conditions and key supplier contracts You will be working as part of a dynamic legal team with a high level of autonomy.
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 6 years pqe with strong experience in drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial contracts. You will have a pragmatic and commercial approach to identifying risk with the ability to present alternatives and propose solutions. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills is essential.
