Lettings Tenancy Coordinator

EXPERIENCED LETTINGS TENANCY COORDINATOR WANTED FOR LEADING INDEPENDENT AGENT

SALARY £26-30,000 DOE

My client, an independent Estate Agency are looking for a LETTINGS TENANCY COORDINATOR to add to the team. They are looking for someone who is hard-working, organised and personable with excellent IT/Administration skills.

As a Lettings Administrator your role will be as follows:

• Arranging gas safety certificates and EPC's
• Submitting Insurance Claims
• Arranging photographs and floor plans
• Arranging check in/move ins
• Arranging check outs
• Drawing up tenancy agreements
• Referencing new tenants
• Taking and registering deposits
• To communicate effectively with all landlords, tenants and contractors.
• To maintain an excellent working relationship with all landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Helping negotiator with general administration duties

The individual will have:

• Experience of Lettings Administration
• Excellent telephone manner
• Be able to work to tight deadlines
• The ability to work under pressure
• Proven customer service skills.
• Strong problem solving skills and be able to work on own initiative
• Competent knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office suite
• Professional approach and appearance

Working hours Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
