Salary: £21500per annumplus Veolia benefits

Hours:40 hours per week Monday - Friday

Location: Warrington

What will you be doing?

  • Resolution of invoice disputes
  • Rebate administration
  • Purchase Order Management and bespoke invoicing
  • Negotiating credit notes
  • Working alongside credit control to ensure cash is collectable
  • Updating the National Accounts database accurately
  • Compliance with all Veolia policies and procedures and to ensure overall objectives are met

What are we looking for?

  • GCSE (5 A-C to include Maths and English)
  • Influencing and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge and experience of accounts systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet challenging deadlines
  • Knowledge of G Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs)
