IFA Administrator - leading to paraplanner role - Littlehampton - £28K-32K plus

We have an opportunity for an experienced IFA Administrator who is interested in working towards their diploma in financial planning as they work towards becoming a Paraplanner. This boutique IFA practice based in Littlehamton West Sussex offers a comfortable working environment in a splendid office environment where you will work closely with a team of 4 Financial advisors and a Paraplanner who will both offer you responsibility and authority within your role and independence in your work, although they will of course offer a supporting hand when required.

To apply for this role you must have previous experience of working in a financial advice or wealth management practice, be comfortable with face to face interaction with clients and a have an streak of independence. This business has a supportive family feel to the business and actively hires team players.

You will have experience of using the Salesforce or similar CRM management tools, as well as various reporting and financial services software packages, experience of producing letters of authority and managing applications for new products and services (pensions, investments etc) on behalf of your clients and the Financial Advisors. You will also be responsible for managing clients review meetings (booking and attending) and regularly be interacting and chasing service providers and preparing reports on clients portfolios to be delivered in clients when required.
