Introduction:We are currently recruiting for a Restart Manager for one of our Education and Training Clients in Birmingham. Our client is involved in a variety of government-funded provisions where they support people into work and also deliver trade-based and vocational training to people. They are recruiting for an experienced individual with leadership and direction to help grow the business.
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Restart Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing funding streams in Restart and Adult Education Budget and Traineeships contracts and as well as incorporating the National Skills Fund
- Monitor performance, determine risks, and provide solution plans to address poor performance immediately
- Promote effective management and leadership to help people be motivated in doing their best at work
- Generate business contacts while building strong relationships with the existing ones to secure future business opportunities
- Sourcing opportunities for sales and partnerships that align with the company's objectives and targets
- Engaging with the influencers where the opportunity arises by attending networking events
Experience and Skills:
As a Restart Manager, you will need the following to be successful:
- Experience working in Adults Skills Sector, Recruitment, Employability, or Further Education
- High-level expertise in contract management and implementation and supply chain
- Experience in sales with the intent to grow the business
- Strong customer service and must have a wide understanding of welfare-to-work programmes and sectors
- Excellent communication skills
