We are looking for a Head of Pricing Operations Projects to lead the development and execution of Pricing projects to support our Pricing & Analytics function. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide variety of projects that impact Global Pricing & Analytics capabilities and will regularly involve working closely with teams across all products, regions and the Leadership team for the function as well as with a variety of teams external to Pricing & Analytics.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

• Lead or coordinate pricing projects in coordination with the Head of Pricing Operations, Global Head of Pricing Analytics & Models, and/or the Global Chief Pricing Actuary
• Monitor progress of value added (including identification of appropriate measures) across the pricing group, and facilitate reporting and prioritization
• Develop central processes to improve portfolio management and parameter selections.
• Support the running of a Portfolio Design Steering Group made up of senior leaders across the business and which is focused on strategic recommendations on portfolio direction
• Develop guidance, training and peer reviews to ensure consistency of Pricing techniques across the function
• Support the development of governance and controls for the function ensuring clear expectations, consistent tracking and aligned with Group, Divisional and external regulatory requirements
• Develop and motivate a high performing, diverse team, who are engaged in support of Pricing and Enterprise goals. Review and develop strategies to act upon staff survey feedback.

You will report to Head of Pricing Operations.

We're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

• Proven' experience of non-life insurance pricing
• Problem solver, detail oriented and reliable
• Strong Influencing and Negotiating Skills
• Bachelor Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Applied Math, Statistics, or related field.
• Leadership skills to work collaboratively with colleagues to build consensus.
