Prospectus is proud to be partnering MOAT, a leading housing association in the South East of England providing secure, affordable homes for rent and shared ownership to those in housing need. They are now recruiting for a Hub Officer to work across their Hubs in Kent, delivering and monitoring a range of customer-centric activities for children and youth, adults and older customers.

As Hub Officer, you will promote opportunities for customers, helping to enable positive change through community and customer engagement. You will work collaboratively with the Senior Hub Officer to increase awareness and local engagement of MOAT residents across the Hubs, and will be responsible for keeping day-to-day records of partners using the hubs and building compliance.

To apply for this role, you will ideally have a background of working in a youth club environment, and running sessional activities. You will have an understanding of working in a large organisation, as well as knowledge of tenant participation options, activities and good practice. You will also have a good understanding of recording data for monitoring purposes. You will have the ability to engage children, young people and adults, being able to listen, empathise, support and guide their engagement in Hub activities and be able to communicate effectively to these audiences.

To be considered, you must be in possession of a basic DBS check, issued within the last year or registered to the online update service and be available asap or with no more than a 1 week notice period.

Please note this role is part time (12- 16 hours per week). You will be required to work Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and some Fridays, working hours 16:00 -20:00pm.
