Careers Associate - Private Client Private client department, Associate Solicitor role We are looking for an ambitious and driven Private Client Solicitor to join the team in our Cambridge office. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to work on a varied caseload as part of our experienced team. Our new team member will be at least 2 years PQE and looking to join a progressive firm that promotes opportunity, and strong relationships with clients and employees alike. Experience and confidence managing a full, varied and sometimes complex caseload of Private Client work is essential for this role. Our new member will have a passion for delivering a high standard of service and thrive in an environment working with others to achieve the goals of both the team and the firm; motivating and inspiring colleagues to do the same. As an Associate, your role will include: Providing clients with high quality legal advice, proactively manages client relationships Achieving the firm's fee targets and assisting and enabling others in the team to do so by mentoring and developing junior members of the team Identifying opportunities to add value to clients and improve profitability by anticipating client needs and understanding client requirements Making a significant contribution to the firm's reputation and position within the communty by virtue of their reputation for excellence.
