SEND Teaching Assistant

Full Time Teaching Assistants Milestone Education are seeking inspirational and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work in a specialist Primary School in Coventry. As a Teaching Assistant, you will support the learning and development of pupils with special educational needs and be proactive supporting the class on a 1:1 basis and general classroom support. Experience in the care sector is also very valuable including personal care duties and supporting social, emotional, and physical needs, so if you are interested in moving in the education sector, this could be the role for you! As a Teaching Assistant, you will be friendly, adaptable, and have a passion for education. If you have completed Team Teach, have knowledge of Makaton, or personal/professional knowledge of SEND this could be beneficial to your application!
