A Project Manager is required for a small-medium sized construction consultancy for their new central Birmingham based office.
The role/company:
- 5 offices across the UK solely working on project management within the built environment
- All private sector - no project work
- Sectors to include corporate occupier, commercial office, high end residential, retail and education (primarily universities)
- Company is an Employee Benefit Trust, meaning it is indirectly owned by the employees so all employees are entitled to a say in the company, as well as a share in the profits at year end
- Work is completed collaboratively within the team
- Describe themselves as professional, but not corporate
- Flat team structure
The ideal candidate:
- 2 years project management experience within a building consultancy
- JCT and NEC contracts proficient
- Experience of the full life cycle of a project
