Our client is a leading creative content agency based in London currently looking for a commercially minded Account Director who can lead a small AM team, play a central role within the company and can actively nurture and grow our existing client base.
The Role
We are looking for someone with a client-first approach. Someone who thinks like a client, who understands commercial imperatives and business needs. It's strategy meets commerce.
The AD will be building rich, long-term client partnerships with senior decision makers and developing a deep understanding of their business structure, goals and requirements.
The role comes with commercial accountability, driving client growth and profitability, monitoring client satisfaction, leading client negotiation and ensuring delivery of contractual obligations.
We want to see a real drive to make an impact, both as a leader within the team but also on the business.
The right candidate will be an excellent communicator, the ultimate people person and most importantly of all, a solutioneer. You know, that person that knows everything and can turn a disaster into a win.
We need a self-starter who can truly lead a team. They will comfortably contribute to the high-level growth of the business as part of the Senior Management Team.
Our AD will have the ability to keep the day-to-day account management running smoothly, whilst also being proactively pitching to our clients based on a thorough and passionate understanding of who they are and what they care about.
