EXPERIENCED MORTGAGE ADVISOR REQUIRED FOR INDEPENDENT ESTATE AGENTS
FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY WITH UNCAPPED EARNINGS
BASIC SALARY £25-28K + £45-60,000OTE (ALSO THE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK SELF EMPLOYED IF PREFERRED)
My client is looking for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join their successful team. You will need to be CeMap qualified or hold a similar industry qualification to be considered and have competent advisor status.
Duties Include:
- Generating referrals
- Preparation for future appointments
- Identifying clients' needs and requirements
- Offering compliant advice and products
- Gaining trust and business from prospective clients
- Offer outstanding customer service
- Information gathering
- Generating new business and attracting new customers
Requirements:
- You will be well presented and organised with good IT skills
- You will need a full UK driving licence
- You will need a CeMap qualification or equivalent
- Be able to work under your own initiative
- You will be highly customer service driven
- Ability to self-motivate and set your own goals
- Lots of energy, enthusiasm and able to multi-task under pressure
- Experience in property industry preferred
