The Opportunity
This opportunity is as Head of Department for the Probate team. You will be experienced in handling a high complex caseload of probate matters. Your time will be split between handling a caseload and managing a small team of Senior and Junior Case workers and support staff.
This position is ideal for an ambitious experienced Probate Lawyer looking to progress into a supportive and forward thinking firm.

The Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
- Ability to handle a variety of probate matters
- Experience in managing junior lawyers/support staff is desirable
- Self-motivated and reliable
