- Base salary £30k + Bonus

The role - Executive Search Research Associate
- Consulting clients and candidates, advising them of your services and market movement
- Building and maintaining client and candidate relationships
- Conducting in-depth market mapping into the field and industry
- Attending networking events to expand your knowledge of the industry and market and build your network
- Producing leads of appropriate candidates
About you - Executive Search Research Associate
- Recent graduate with a 2.1 or above
- Natural Intellectual curiosity - a desire to become an expert in the field
- Drive and ambition to build a successful career
- Proactive individual
- Well organized
- Confident
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
