A leading national property agent are looking to hire a Partner Building Surveyor to their team in Birmingham.
The role:
- Commercial and Industrial Sectors
- Warehouses, Nurseries, Schools, Colleges and Offices
- Day to day Building Pathology work including dilapidations, party wall, pre-acquisition surveys and schedules of condition
- 6 UK offices with 18 building surveyors across the offices (3 in Birmingham within a multidisciplinary team)
- No management duties
The ideal person:
- Has experience and knowledge of the Birmingham market
- Chartered (MRICS or MCIOB) with a minimum of 6 years PQE
- Strong building pathology experience
- Experience working in commercial or industrial sectors
- Strong and confident business developer
