Overview of job
The Campaign Executive Specialist will use their ability to build and foster positive relationships with key partners and influence buy-in to demonstrate all possible revenue. You will be a great team player who thrives in a highly fluid, agile environment and delivers excellent customer service with innovative sales solutions.
The Campaign Executive specialist will support, coordinate, will handle a portfolio of specialists and ensure that in the first instance, all requests are acknowledged quickly, replied efficiently using the available tools & systems to deliver best in market responses, as well as improve shares & best prices on every piece of business whilst finding opportunities within the portfolio to build new sales opportunities.

Measures of success -
In the first few months, you would have:
- Gained knowledge via training of all Global Outdoor systems and processes
- Contacted and have ongoing relationships with key relevant external contacts
- Understanding of the clients within the relevant portfolio
- Undertaken some Outdoor market training and wider media market
- Attended planning and trading training sessions provided internally
- Used Salesforce to provide full clarity on pipelines and specialist revenue performance to run portfolio.
- Good understanding of Global (Outdoor and Audio) sales proposition to enable strong representation externally of the Global brand.
- Helped to deliver new structure and processes alongside Group Agency Manager (specialist) and Group Agency Director
- With support of Group Agency Manager (specialist) and Group Agency Director, you will be planning and trading across all transactions within the relevant portfolio
Responsibilities of the role
- Contribute to delivering weekly, monthly and quarterly team sales targets
- Understand the key challenges and issues your customers face and ensure that you are helping to provide solutions to these challenges to ensure we are perceived as a key partner
- Apply your knowledge of the Global Outdoor inventory to provide relevant solutions for briefs and development of proactive ideas.
- Ensure by SMART planning that all formats within the Global Outdoor portfolio are commercialised improving profitability.
- Ensure you deliver outstanding customer service and ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day business - this will include contributing to the forecasting for your business on a three-monthly rolling basis and working closely with the GAM - specialist to ensure the delivery of weekly targets.
- Develop influential relationships across your specialist agency customer group
- Ensure that the end-to-end process is followed on all planning (campaign approvals) and we have all the relevant information to ensure timely payments.
- Collaborate with OOH specialists to grow sales opportunities.
- Negotiate the best share on all briefs inline and above Global's market position.
- Coordinate and contribute to individual production, pitches & inspiration sessions within your specialist.
