We are seeking a Account Executive to join our growing team in the UK!
Position Overview
Community Brands is a growing company, and we're looking for a mid-market Account Executive who can position and sell a comprehensive portfolio of AMS solutions to the association vertical (professional associations, trade associations, foundations, unions, etc). You'll build a pipeline and move prospects through the purchase process, selling leading software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions in the association management solutions (AMS) area. Your pitch will be enhanced with integrated solutions that differentiate the portfolio, such as a career center, learning management system (LMS), fundraising, and event management technology. We've recently made acquisitions in several areas of our business, and your sales and customer leadership will help the company scale up and deepen its client footprint.

A Day in the Life
Conduct discovery and execute on the sales process to uncover the needs of mid-market companies
Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and build strong relationships with prospects
Deeply understand the full LinkedIn Narrative - both free and paid - including our value to both members and companies.
Organize, prepare and deliver quality sales presentations, formal proposal responses, and online demonstrations for potential customers.
Engage in consultative relationship-building to develop sales opportunities through a combination of inbound leads and hunting-based activities.
Communicate positively and successfully with all levels within the organization including "C" level executives.
Close referrals and work with networking groups to expand perception and market share.
Create and track all sales reports prior to submission.
Perform customer needs assessments, evaluate operational benefits of solutions, and convey benefits and gains to customers.
Work with operational staff to resolve critical issues, and obstacles and meet customers' goals further ensuring all customers will be a future reference for the organization.
Negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet both customer and company needs.
We are looking for someone who brings
Adept at planning, strategizing, multitasking, and managing multiple accounts in different stages of the sales process.
Self-motivated, persuasive negotiator, highly driven to exceed set goals with an aptitude to rapidly learn new technologies and concepts.
Stellar verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Outstanding organizational skills, telephone, email, and correspondence etiquette.
Strong understanding of business, sales, and customer service principles and practices with proven abilities to effectively apply them.
Ability to think strategically to identify, generate, nurture, qualify leads, and close business.
Must be motivated by cold calling, asking probing questions, and gathering information.
Aptitude for overcoming objections and effectively communicating value propositions to key decision-makers and influencers.
