Disrepair Surveyor
A well established multidisciplinary construction consultancy in South-East London is looking to recruit an experienced Disrepair Surveyor. You would be joining a growing company with offices across London and a headcount circa 100. The role would focus on disrepair claims on behalf of a number of Local Authorities and Affordable Housing providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out surveys in relation to disrepair claims
- Preparing reports and advising landlords on the findings of surveys
- Liaising with the tenant's representative in relation to disrepair claims
- Providing specifications for any works required
- Pre and post work surveys
Required Skills & Experience
- RICS accredited Building Surveying degree
- Experience working with affordable housing providers
- Experience working on disrepair claims
