EUC Manager Oxfordshire - Onsite/remote (60/40) Up to £65,000
The client is a leading Retail/Hospitality organisation going through an exciting time of change and transformation across its IT function and the wider business.
Your primary responsibility will be to co-ordinate all EUC Support activities, leading a small team of support engineers who manage and maintain end-user devices, applications, and tools for over 10'000 colleagues across 600 hotels, head office and field-based teams.
In this role you will be accountable for driving efficiency, building the capabilities of the team and function whilst working with the Senior IT Service Manager to define the client's strategy. This will include technology and hardware selection, delivery/support approach and vendor management.
