Property Management Team Leader

Are you an experienced Property Manager or have previous management experience within the property sector? An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a property management team leader within a flourishing and dynamic real estate company based in Cambridgeshire.As team leader within the residential department, you'll be responsible for a team of successful property managers, motivating and supporting their development so that high occupancy, rental income and tenant satisfaction standards are met for all. You'll have a chance to apply your excellent leadership skills whilst managing all aspects of team performance, from training and 1:1 appraisals to mentoring and identifying issues. You'll be working closely with the head of residential, reporting any concerns and assisting them with any tasks with the aim of enhancing service. Plus you will remain hands-on and contribute to the success of the team by managing your own portfolio of residential properties!Thanks to your contribution the company will deliver outstanding services, exceeding set targets and improving performance.In exchange for your excellent hard-work you will be rewarded with a generous benefits package:

• Salary range of £35,000-37,000.
