We currently have an exciting opportunity for a QA Analyst in Sky Technology. The finance platform bills over 15 million customers every month and this is an opportunity to work on high performance and volume solutions that require to be engineered to be of the highest quality!

This role will be key in maintaining the quality of Sky billing & payments solutions as well as affordability and fraud management processes.

As a Quality Analyst, you will play a key role in driving quality software solutions. You would strive to deliver exciting customer driver solutions whilst reducing risk by implementing the right level of engineering artefacts through agile testing with an "automation first approach in every phase of the software delivery process that aids speed to market and better quality!

What you'll do

• You will be working on the multiple projects and in this busy and ever -changing environment.

• Responsible for developing and executing test plans to ensure that all objectives are met.

• Work closely with the lead software developer to create manual and automated test scripts on all components of the applications.

• Experience in reviewing user stories and providing estimates for the testing activity involved.

• Experience of raising bugs and collaborating with developers within the scrum team.

• Experience of maintaining and running the regression suite before a release.

What you'll bring

• A deep level understanding of Software Testing and / or Quality Assurance.

• Experience working in Agile (TDD / BDD) environments.

• Design and development experience of test automation frameworks (BDD) using Selenium/spec flow or Cypress.

• Experience with JIRA - Defect Management and reporting.

• Experience using Continuous integration tools (Hudson, Jenkins etc), version control solutions (GIT, SVN etc)

• Experience in Backend API Testing with REST and Postman.

• Experience of interrogating Oracle data bases via SQL for data mining and data validation.

• Excellent teammate and ability to be flexible in the face of changing requirements.
